Kingston 3 Productions Client Terms & Disclaimer

Both Kingston 3 Productions and the client agree to work with integrity, professionalism, excellence, and maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the working relationship.

Either party may terminate this agreement with a minimum of two (2) weeks written notice. Any balances due for the current month or work period remain payable if work has already begun prior to the cancellation request.

Kingston 3 Productions cannot guarantee media placement, publication of articles, interviews, brand partnerships, collaborations, sponsorship opportunities, podcast appearances, or placement with any specific publication, outlet, platform, or organization.

Kingston 3 Productions does not provide crisis management or emergency public relations services unless explicitly agreed upon in writing. However, Kingston 3 Productions commits to representing its clients with professionalism and in the most favorable and authentic light possible.

Media outlets, publications, producers, editors, and third parties are under no obligation to publish, feature, promote, or distribute any content pitched or submitted by Kingston 3 Productions or its clients. Clients acknowledge that flexibility may be required regarding publication opportunities, timing, direction, and editorial decisions.

Kingston 3 Productions cannot guarantee publication dates, release schedules, media timelines, or launch windows, as such decisions remain under the control of editors, producers, publications, media outlets, and third-party platforms.

Kingston 3 Productions also cannot control publication edits, article length, editorial revisions, production decisions, or content modifications made by third parties. However, Kingston 3 Productions agrees to communicate and advocate for the client's vision and story with professionalism and integrity.

Kingston 3 Productions may serve as a liaison or intermediary between clients and media representatives, editors, producers, collaborators, brands, or other third parties when appropriate.

Kingston 3 Productions agrees to work diligently and professionally to meet the terms of the agreement and deliver services in a manner intended to satisfy the client’s investment and expectations.
